Return & Exchange Policy

Our goal is for you to feel completely confident with your purchase from GLAS. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer a simple and transparent return and exchange process.

Returns

You may return your items within 30 days of receiving your order, regardless of reason. All returns must be registered through our return portal before being sent back to us.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in original, re-sellable condition
  • Be returned in their original packaging, including cases, labels, and boxes

Original shipping, customs, and import charges are non-refundable.

Return costs

For accepted returns, a return shipping fee of £6 / €6 / 60 SEK (depending on your selected currency) will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds are issued once the returned items have been received and approved.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges if you wish to exchange your item for a different model, color, or strength, as long as the new item is of equal value and the original item is unused and in original condition.

All exchanges must be registered through our return portal.

Returns – Prescription Glasses

Because prescription lenses are custom-made specifically for you, prescription glasses are not eligible for a refund.

  • Prescription glasses may be returned for store credit if you’re not fully satisfied.
  • Store credit can be used on a future purchase at glaseyewear.com.
  • Returns are processed easily through our return portal.
  • Return using a QR code or a printable return label.

Prescription returns must be registered within 30 days of delivery and returned in original condition.

Returns for promotions (e.g. “2 for 1”)

If your order includes a promotional offer such as “2 for 1”:

  • To receive a refund, all items included in the promotion must be returned.
  • If only part of a promotional order is returned, the promotion no longer applies and no refund will be issued.
Important information
  • Products purchased from authorized retailers cannot be returned directly to GLAS.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • If you paid using Klarna, we recommend pausing or settling the invoice until the return has been processed.
